RTM is blocked because it needs the tool to be an FDA device. The care-management codes are not: CCM and PCM pay a clinic for the clinician's own time managing a patient's chronic conditions, and they never ask what tool produced the data. MARKABLE is the documentation and efficiency layer behind that work. Three honest limits, up front:

1Menopause itself never qualifies. The patient qualifies through documented comorbidities (osteoporosis, depression, insomnia, cardiometabolic risk), not the life stage.
2Cleanest fit is the 65+ Medicare panel. The perimenopausal (~38 to 52) commercial cohort depends on the payer.
3The code pays for the clinician's time, not for MARKABLE. We are the layer that makes the work efficient and documented, never a billed item.
